Monitor Test Screens gives you eight different modes to check and test your monitor, including some submodes. Check the status of your monitor in aspects like contrast, convergence, geometry, brightness, colour quality, etc.
Monitor Test Screens automatically adjusts the actual screen resolution, including those less common (1280x1024, for example), and includes help text and tutorials. You can browse through the different Monitor Test Screens modes and tests with the Enter key, and use the spacebar to automatically change the submode screens.
